    Chinese Private Enterprise's Characteristics on Union's Acknowledgement

    • 摘要: 基于第6次中国私营企业抽样调查数据的实证研究,分析了私营企业工会承认的组织特征,主要有私营企业主个人禀赋越高的私营企业越倾向于工会承认;上市或改制而来的规模较大并处于经济相对欠发达地区的体力密集型的私营企业的工会化水平相对较高。研究结果表明,需要调整与拓宽工会承认路径,将那些工会承认水平较低的行业与地域的私营企业纳入到工作的重点上来。

       

      Abstract: Based on empirical research of the data of NO.6 Nationwide Surveys in Chinese Private Enterprises,this paper analyzes the private enterprise's characteristics on union's acknowledgement The research indicates that,entrepreneur's personal characteristic is better, the private enterprises has a tendency toward stronger acknowledgement of trade union,the private enterprises need more crowded labor force,their business management is better,their size is larger,they are more in favor of trade union.On the contrary,the private enterprises in developed area are less in favor of the trade union than the ones in developing area.We need to widen the way of trade union's acknowledgement and pay more attention to the private enterprises in low acknowledgement industries and regions.
