Abstract: Party Ethics is value philosophy about the legitimacy and operational standard of political parties.This article attempts,at the logical starting point,to summarize the concept of Party Ethics,to analyze the ethical connotations and the content of political parties, sorting out the basic aspects of Party Ethics,expecting to give some revelation to the theoretical construction of the Party Ethics in our country.
