Abstract: It is essential for the efficient ecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta, which has been established recently,to tailor and actively explore ways and measures of financial resources for their own development in addition to relying on the United Nations,the Chinese government and Shandong provincial government funding incentives to foster.In view of its superiority in the mouth of the Yellow River geographical advantage,the focus to expand financial resources should be on the sea;for its efficient ecological content of eco-development planning position,ecological agriculture should be the basic industry,and the cleaning cycle of the new industry of environmental protection becomes the main force;the ecological agriculture and eco-industrial park and tourism polymerization should be combined in order to achieve a high degree integration between tourism and economy and culture.
