    我国中小企业开拓国际市场的主要障碍

    The Main Obstacles of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China in Opening up International Market

    • 摘要: 探讨了在全球经济一体化背景下,现阶段我国中小企业在开拓国际市场,实施海外经营中遇到的主要困难和障碍,其主要表现在:缺乏懂国际化经营的高素质人才;缺乏国际营销长远意识,管理水平低;研究开发和技术改造投入普遍较少,企业产品结构的提升以及技术进步缺乏保障;缺乏海外市场信息和相关服务;资金不足,融资困难。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyses that under global economic integration the small and medium-sized enterprise in China meet with the main difficulties and obstacles in opening up international market and developing operation to go oversea: the lack of employee with international management knowledge; the lack of farsighted thought in management; the insufficient investment in R&D and improvement that makes product structure and technology advancing difficult; the lack of overseas information and related service; the lack of capital and efficient financing channel.
