Abstract: With the development of globalization, the MNCs increase their R&D investment in the developing countries besides in the developed countries. This paper analyses the intrinsic incentive of the transfer of the MNCs' R&D to the developing countries from the point of view of the technology innovation, including the demand of technology, the technology innovation environment and the technology human resource.
