    论人力资本对中国经济增长的重要性

    On the Importance of Human Capital for Continuous Growth of Chinese Economy

      摘要
    • 摘要: 指出了经济增长与人力资本之间的密切关系,并对中国经济增长的源泉进行了实证分析,得出人力资本投资对中国经济持续增长以及经济增长方式的转变具有重要意义;从控制人口数量、增加教育投资、发展人才市场及推进人力资本积累与产业政策、经济增长相协调等方面提出了增加人力资本投资的对策建议。

       

      Abstract: This paper points out the intimate relationship between human capital and economic growth, positively analyzes the source of Chinese economic growth and concludes compared with foreign countries that the investment of human capital plays an important role in Chinese continuous economic growth and the transformation of economic growth mode. Finally, based on Chinese human capital circumstance, it presents a series of suggestions for increasing human capital investment.
