    The Empirical Study on Human Capital and Enterprise Competitiveness: Taking NGEs in China for Example

    • 摘要: 通过对全国14个省市开展民营企业人力资本与企业竞争力问卷调查,利用“2007年中国民营企业人力资本与竞争力数据库”,对民营企业人力资本与竞争力关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:民营企业大多数人力资本特征变量,均与企业竞争力呈现一定程度的正相关,但作用不显著;不同规模的民营企业,人力资本对企业竞争力的影响存在不同差异。人力资本对民营企业竞争力的提升作用仍受到一些因素的制约。

       

      Abstract: Through questionnaire investigation of human capital and the competitiveness of NGEs in 14 provinces and cities,based on the data collected by the Center for NGEs Studies of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS) in 2007,this paper analyzes empirically the relationship between human capital and the competitiveness of NGEs.The research result indicates that the most characteristic variables of human capital have a positive effect on NGEs' competitiveness,but not significantly;the impact of human capital on the competitiveness of NGEs differs in different scale.The effect of human capital on the competitiveness enhancement of NGEs is still limited.
