Abstract: Soft power building plays an important role in promoting China's national development strategy.In order to build national soft power effectively,we must improve our country's“domestic soft power”.The“domestic soft power”is a kind of attractiveness a government or the ruling party has for its own citizens in order to ensure that they can have long-term governance.To strengthen China's“dpmestic soft power”is inseparable from the rule of law as support.On the one hand,we should raise the level of institution construction and fully exert the function of preventing disputes and reducing conflicts;on the other hand,China is in a period of social transition and the difference between urban-rural dual structure requires the judge to take the appropriate position in resolving contradictions and disputes.
