The Primary Study on the Maturation Model of Excellent Performance Assessment Principle

摘要

摘要: 基于《卓越绩效评价准则》的要求,提出了卓越绩效成熟度模型。其基本构成维度是:评价对象、评价方法和评价结果,最后提出了模型的结构图。

Abstract: This paper introduced Excellent Performance Maturation Model based on excellent performance assessment principle. It is constituted by the object of assessment, the way of assessment and the results of assessment It suggested the construction of the model in the end.
