    The Nature of Public and Familism:Analysis on the Fundamental Principle of Social Building

      摘要
    • 摘要: 讨论了家庭主义原则能否成为构建社会公共秩序的原则,在论述了公共领域和私人领域的原则差别之后,认为家庭主义原则无法推演出非个人的公共性规则。因而在其基础上构建的社会可能是私人社会,而非公共社会。

       

      Abstract: Whether the principle of familism will be the principle of the construction of social order has been discussed,and the difference between the public and the individual field has been analyzed.The paper holds that the principle of familism has no way to induce the rule of public.So on the basis of that,the society building may not be the public society but the private one.
