Abstract: The author has analyzed the content of static and dynamic states of the welfare effect of liberalization of financial service in trade, indicating that all of the welfare is potential to the development countries, and some special restricted conditions are also working in the same time. And the more restricted conditions to be removed the more welfare can be gained. At the last part, the author has studied the restricted conditions in China based on the actual situation in sectors like financial corporation, industry and the government.
