Abstract: Paying attention to the network public opinion and grasping the development trend of public opinion has become a major issue in the university ideological and political education.Network formation of the public opinion has its own mechanism with the feature of open and virtual nature,complexity and diversity,spontaneity and interaction,volatility and irrationality and other features.It shows a new developing trend of the contemporary college students and the ideological and political education is facing many new challenges.Network formation of the public opinion has become the focus of the ideological guidance and political issues to resolve key points.Therefore,it explores new ways of the ideological and political education with multi-angle under the public opinion in the network,for building a harmonious environment for the campus network and promoting the stable and healthy development of the universities, which has the important practical significance.
