    Current Embarrassment of the College Students' Self-employment and the Construction of the Support Mechanism

    • 摘要: 采取问卷调查与数据分析的方法,透视当前大学生自主创业的自我认知与困惑,探究了大学生自主创业的外围环境,即结构转型机遇与经济形势严峻,宏观政策支持与微观政策难落实,社会氛围支持与创业经验欠缺,创业教育强化与创业实践平台缺失,职业教育转向与创业素质缺乏等5对矛盾并存;建议从社会与个体互动的视角,构建集政府引导、社会支持、高校助力、家庭助推、朋辈感染、个体践行的“六位一体”的创业帮扶机制。

       

      Abstract: This paper adopted the methods of the questionnaires and the analysis of data,so as to examine the college students' self-cognition and confusion about the self-employment currently. On this basis,we tried to explore the peripheral environment in-depth of the college students' self-employment.Then we analyzed five contradictions existing in current situation including the opportunities of structural transformation and the severe economic situation,the macroscopic policy's support and difficulty to carry out the micro policy,the social environment's support and the lack of experience,the education of entrepreneurship in colleges to be strengthened and the loss of the entrepreneurship practice platform,the traditional education's professional steering and the lack of entrepreneurial quality. In the end,we explored the support mechanism of the college students' entrepreneurship from the perspective of the interactions of the social and the individual covering the government guidance,the social support,the power of colleges and universities,the family booster,the peer infection,and the individual practice.
