摘要: 经济法追求实质公平,体现着自由与平等的价值.其以"结果"为研究视角,以整体利益作为衡量标准.它并不反对形式公平,而是对形式公平的一种补充,追求的结果正义是一种相对正义,而不是绝对正义.

Abstract: Economic Law pursues substantive fairness, reflects the value of liberty and equity. It takes "result" as research perspective and "whole interests" as measure standard. Economic law doesn't object formal fairness, on the contrary, it is a supplement to it. The result faimess which economic law pursues is a kind of relative justice, not absolute justice.
