    企业家短缺的制度经济学分析

    Institutional Analysis of Entrepreneur Scarcity From the View of Institutional Economics

    • 摘要: 运用新制度经济学的理论和方法分析了企业家短缺问题,指出企业家短缺的制度根源在于不合理的国有企业制度,构建包括产权制度创新以及企业家选择制度、激励制度、约束制度创新的,有利于企业家脱颖而出的国有企业制度是解决问题的关键。

       

      Abstract: Entrepreneur is the soul and the core of firms. The unsatisfied reform in Chinese state-owned firms can mainly owed to the scarcity of entrepreneurs who own entrepreneurial spirit and flair, and to the root of entrepreneur scarcity——unreasonable institution system. This essay will analyze the institutional root of entrepreneur scarcity and rebuild the state-owned firms' institution system to produce a large number of entrepreneurs.
