基于生态文明的政府环境管理绩效评价

Evaluation of Government's Environmental Management Performance Based on Ecological Civilization

摘要: 设计了基于生态文明的政府环境管理绩效评价指标体系,在此基础上建立定量分析模型,并以我国长江三角洲、珠江三角洲和环渤海三大经济圈为实证,对其生态文明范式下的政府环境管理绩效进行了评价,分析得出的结论对当前的政府环境管理具有启示意义。

Abstract: Based on ecological civilization,this paper designs evaluation index about government's environmental management performance,then gives quantitative analysis of it. Finally the author makes a positive study in the three economic circles in China.The conclusion have certain significance for today's government environmental management.
