    Study on the Legal Character of Owner's Covenant

      摘要
    • 摘要: 从成员权、业主团体的概念出发,探讨了业主公约的法律性质,提出了业主公约是业主团体针对现代小区管理而设制的自治型契约。

       

      Abstract: From the concept of member's equity and owner's organization, this paper explores the legal character of owner's covenant and proposes that owner's covenant is the autonomous covenant made by owner's organization for the management of modern resident quarter.
