    京津冀钢铁物流园空间布局建模与实现

    Modeling and Implementation of Spatial Layout of Steel Logistics Parks in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

    • 摘要: 针对国家京津冀协同发展战略思想,主要分析了交通、环保和产业升级转移等三大领域的影响及作用;指出钢铁物流园在分为单源钢铁物流园和多源钢铁物流园的基础上,以总运输成本最小化为目标,引入固定运输成本、变动运输成本与运距的关系,分别构建了2种钢铁物流园的空间布局模型;并设计出了模型向实际应用转换的基于EXCEL地图的动态演示模型以及相应的转换途径和算法,以期在新的格局下,为京津冀钢铁物流园空间布局建模与实现提供实施办法。

       

      Abstract: Based on the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, this paper analyzes the impacts and roles of three major areas, such as transportation, environmental protection and industrial upgrading and transformation. First of all, the logistics parks can be divided into single-source steel logistics parks and multi-source steel logistics parks. Secondly, to minimize transportation cost as the goal, we introduce the relationship among fixed transportation cost, variable transportation cost and transportation distance. Finally, two kinds of spatial distribution model of steel logistics park are constructed. This paper also set up a dynamic demonstration model, which can be used in practical application, and corresponding conversion methods and algorithms. In the hope that under the new situation, this paper can provide reference for the spatial layout modeling and implementation of steel logistics parks of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
