    企业数字化转型的技术范式与关键举措

    Enterprise Digital Transformation: Mechanism, Paradigm and Paths

    • 摘要: 中国产业数字化发展的技术范式主要有工业互联网、产业互联网、智能制造等,但这些范式普遍是愿景性的,认为推动传统企业的数字化转型能够促进数字经济持续繁荣。企业数字化转型是实现数字技术与实体经济深度融合的纽带,转型的关键在于以实践和问题为导向,加强数字技术在传统企业中的应用,不断提升企业的数字化水平,推动产业数字化发展。强调企业要实现数字化转型,在产业层面,需要加强跨区域、跨行业的数字化共享基础设施建设,强化关键技术支撑,打造重点转型模式;在企业层面,需要探索“数字化—生态化—协同化”演化路径,以及确立从点到面、逐步推进的转型路线图;进而从构建有高度的数字化战略,选择具体的业务切入口,探索建设数字化平台等方面提出具体措施。

       

      Abstract: Promoting the digital transformation of traditional enterprises is conducive to the deepening development and the sustained prosperity of digital economy. This paper argues that the technological paradigms of digital transformation mainly include industrial Internet, smart manufacturing, etc., but these paradigms are generally visionary, and there are still great deficiencies to support the practice of digital transformation at the level of firm. The key point of digital transformation lies in practice and problem-orientation, strengthening the application of digital technology in traditional enterprises, constantly improving the level of enterprise digitalization, and promoting the development of industrial digitalization. At the industrial level, it is necessary to strengthen trans-regional and cross-industry digital infrastructure and strengthen key technology support; At the enterprise level, it is necessary to explore the evolution path of "digital-ecology-synergy", and establish the transformation roadmap from point to area. Finally, managerial implications for digital transformation of traditional enterprises are discussed.
