    高等教育国际化发展的全球化视阈与战略选择

    Globalized Internationalization of Higher Education and Its Strategy Choice

    • 摘要: 随着全球化对高等教育影响力的日益广泛与深刻,高等教育国际化进入一个与全球知识社会相适应的“全球化的国际化”(globalized internationalization)新的深化发展阶段,全球化成为观测与分析高等教育国际化的重要视阈与背景。作为一种新的范式与实践图景的“全球化的高等教育国际化”,表现为高等院校因应全球化做出的主动态度与创新行为,并以多元的方式丰富着高等教育国际化的广度、深度与复杂程度。在塑造高等教育新的全球性文化模式的同时,全球化的高等教育国际化也带来了同质化、商业化与资源不均等潜在风险。高等教育的“全球参与”,正在成为世界不同院校应对“全球化的高等教育国际化”挑战的重要战略选择。在推进构建人类命运共同体新的时代使命进程中,中国高等教育应更具开放性,积极推进大学全球参与的发展战略。

       

      Abstract: With the increasingly widespread and profound influence of globalization on higher education, the internationalization of higher education has grown into a new development phrase called "globalized internationalization of higher education" adapting to the global knowledge society. As a new paradigm of internationalization of higher education and practice, "globalized internationalization of higher education" initiative reflects the attitude and behavior of institutions in response to globalization, and enriches the breadth and depth of higher education. At the same time of shaping the new global model, "globalized internationalization of higher education" also brings homogenization, commercialization and resource inequality potential risks. Higher education global engagement is becoming the world's strategic choice to response to challenges from "globalized internationalization of higher education". In advancing the new era mission of constructing the community of human destiny, China's higher education should be more open and actively promote global participation in strategic development.
