摘要: 通过建立描述管理的协同效应与组织的社会资产的逻辑框架,构建认识和理解现代社会组织形态和演化规律的理论基础。研究中,将组织界定为参与者协调策略和行动的复杂社会系统,在相关组织理论文献评析的基础上,构建了基于结构和职能对应关系的组织模型和社会组织系统模型;利用模型解析组织的层级结构执行相应管理职能的一般过程,并从组织制度层级分析了组织资产的性质和作用;在此基础上分析了现代产业网络组织形成的原因。由此得知,管理效能使得组织行为具有协同效应,而组织资产则增进组织在特定社会结构内部的行动能力。Abstract: The purpose of the research is to construct the theoretical basis for awareness and understanding of the forms and evolution of modern social organization by establishing the logical framework for the effect of synergies on management and the organization's social assets.In the course of the study,organization is defined as a complex social system for the participants to coordinate their strategies and action;on the analytical basis of the relevant organization theory literature,the organization model based on the relationship of structure vs. function and the model of social system organization are constructed;the analysis of the organizational hierarchy functions on the implementation of the corresponding general management process in virtue of models and the organizational system-level research of the nature and the role of the organizational assets are also conducted;thus,the analysis of the reasons for modern industrial network organizations is made.The conclusion is that it is the efficiency of the management that enables the organizational behavior performance to have the synergistic effect,while the organizational asset promotes the capacity of action for the organization within the specific social structure.
