Abstract: Comparing the life style of traditional society with the modern society's, this article gets to the bottom of the credibility crisis of modern society in China. From which, this article examines the fundamental way to establish credibility in modern society, and analyses the reasonable foundation of credibility society is institutional arrangement and the moral character of subject. This article also argues that the lack of credibility nowadays is an inevitable outcome of the disintegration of traditional integrated society. The other reason is that the institution hasn t been made up-perfectly while the traditional life style has been fundamentally smashed down. Institutional arrangement and reconstructure is necessary to establish a credibility society. However, the institution of credibility can only be set up when justice becomes the spirit of game rules of the society and a perfect restrictive system should be set up against the incredibility. The subjectivity of morality leads to the reasonability of the establishment of credibility by the subject of morality. However, it doesn't mean a return of traditional moral style. While establishing the credibility society, daily discipline and ration of citizens is more essencial than noble character of them.
