交往行为理论下澳门外劳社会认同的研究

Study on the Social Recognition of the Immigrant Labor in Macao From the Communication Behavior Perspective

摘要: 澳门外劳输入使其因劳动力不足出现的经济发展瓶颈得到缓解,对澳门社会经济发展起到了巨大的促进作用,但对如何测量澳门外劳的社会认同问题少有学者研究。文章从交往行为的理论角度出发,采用问巷调查的方法对澳门外劳的社会认同进行研究。文章在对澳门外劳社会认同进行操作化定义的同时,深入分析了澳门外劳的城市认同、群体认同、文化认同和身份认同4个方面,结果表明:澳门外劳的城市认同和身份认同感较强,群体认同和文化认同较低。

Abstract: The immigrant labor plays an important role in promoting Macao's social and economic development.However,how to measure the social recognition has rarely been empirically examined.The article researches on the social recognition of the immigrant labor in Macao by the way of the questionnaire survey from the communication behavior perspective.Data from the immigrant labor working in Macao clearly supported our theoretical classification that the social recognition of the immigrant labor is a multidimensional construct.The results showed that the city recognition and the identity recognition of the immigrant labor are relatively high,and the group recognition and the cultural recognition are lower.
