叙事治疗在网络成瘾大学生心理辅导中的应用

Application of the Narrative to the Therapy on College Student's Internet Addiction

摘要: 结合理念介绍,以网络成瘾大学生个案为例,以具体对话为内容,详述了叙事治疗的解构、外化、重写对话、见证的操作技巧等进行心理干预的过程,从而重新定义当事人的自我认同、靠近期待的自我,为网络成瘾大学生的临床应用提供可操作、有价值的参考。

Abstract: Taking the intervention of the internet addiction of the college students for example,this study introduced the process of how to use the deconstruction,extemalization,re-authoring conversations and witnessing in narrative therapy.So the students could redefine their self-identity and realize their ideal self.
