Abstract: This paper presents the developing trend of the intelligent enterprise,and defines the concept of the intelligent enterprise,which has four basic characteristics: the mass data analysis,intelligent manufacturing,interconnection and intercommunication,division and cooperation. The paper also puts forward some suggestions on how to build the intelligent enterprise: first,to accelerate and promote the transformation and upgrading of the traditional business,and second,to promote the technological innovation,and develop new industries and the third is to strengthen the theoretical study on business intelligence,and give the industry more guidance.
