Abstract: This paper inquiries into the problems of vicious competition in Chinese foreign trade exportation. The vicious competition in exportation will lead to the disorder of exportation, decrease the export efficiency and easily cause antidumping so as to make Chinese products lose the international market. The crux of solving the problem is the institutional construction. The export enterprise cannot be any enterprise and must be limited by some serious conditions. The export policy guidance and the export measures must form a complete set. The strict license system must be carried out for the export of large-scale complete plant and equipment and the enterprise of international contracting engineering. The export limitation of products must be strengthened effectively so as to protect the domestic resources. The chamber of commerce should be depended on to harmonize the relationships among enterprises.
