Abstract: This article inquires into the legal pattern of the joint shares corporation. It holds that the cooperative shares corporation is a legal person and has the special features different from those of other normal enterprises, which comforms to the development direction of the modern enterprises. The cooperative shares enterprise should be normalized clearly in the law so as to become an independent legal pattern of enterprise in the full sense of the word.
