Abstract: As the important constituent of rural collective land,based on the economic law, the rural construction land needs to be transacted to realize the goal of optimum disposition. Presently,along with development of economy and speeding up of urbanized advancement, the transaction of the rural construction land is being active.But,a series of new questions have appeared.By inspecting the present situation and analyzing the questions,based on pondering over the reason and rationality of the rural construction land,the duty of this article is to try to consummate relative legal systems,to carry on the transaction of the rural construction land reasonably.
