Abstract: By using large amounts of questionnaires, this thesis demonstrates the basic situations about migrate workers, including their education, work, income, rights protection, social security and other aspects, in order to fully describe the realistic situation of the migrate workers. On this basis, this thesis comes up with constructive suggestions to a series of important social policies, including the construction of new countryside and urbanization, ways about citizenization of the migrate workers, protections for their rights, professional training for them, solutions to housing problems, construction of the social security system for migrate workers and other aspects.
