Abstract: Facing the negative factors of traditionally economic development model, such as short of resource, pollution of environment, worsen of ecology, people gradually agree the sustainable development strategies. Recycle economies are the models of economic development in future. It is an entirely new model with circulative utilization of resources as a core, environmental production as a prerequisite and harmonious development of natural resources, economy and society as a purpose. There is a background and process of the idea of circulative economies and the new model of the development will produce a great impact on the economic development of our country.
