学科差异与高校收入再分配机制的构建

    Consideration on the Construction of Income Redistribution Mechanism in Colleges and Universities Resulting From Differential Among Disciplines

    • 摘要: 高校岗位津贴制度实施过程中存在着因学科差异而导致不同学科间教师收入的差距问题,建议构建高校内部收入再分配机制,以“一只有形的手”来协调学科间的收入不平衡,降低学科间的收入差距.

       

      Abstract: The issue of income disparity among faculty members resulted from differential among disciplines is attracting more and more attention here and there during the implementation of post allowance system in colleges and universities.The paper proposes to establish an internal income redistribution mechanism within colleges and universities,so as to be able to coordinate the income disparity among different disciplines,and eventually to reduce the income disparity among disciplines by a“visible hand”.
