Abstract: On the basis of clearly classifying information service industry, this paper compares Beijing with Hong Kong in their respective resource superiority and their mutual complementarity in economy, points out that it is the effective shortcut of promoting informationalization to integrate the superiorities of both the cities for developing information industry, and proposes the concrete measures of co-operation.
