Abstract:
Based on the data of "Social care service multifaceted cooperation system", using two logistic analysis, the effect of community care services running influencing factors are analyzed. The results show that, in terms of social participation, the effect of the community care services running cannot be determined by the number of social workers, the level of cooperation retirement communities and social organizations. In terms of the government role, the government's ability to mobilize resources for community care services running has greater impact and less impact on the allocation of funds for community-based care services operating; in the arrangements of service description, the impact of intervention volunteers, volunteer services and other resources for community-based care services is larger, and professional personnel and non-professionals has less impact on the operating results of the community-based care services. Based on the above conclusions, recommendations are as follows:improve the quality of the social organizations by the way of developing standards and improving the assessment methods; improve the quality of community care services through incentives and balanced development of the implementation strategies; improve the cooperation between the community social workers and non-social workers through the improvement of "social workers volunteer drive" system and clear social and non-social workers proportion.
