Abstract: The rethinking of financial liberalization and the advance of financial restraint theory make us think more of the development of finance. In China, some people advocate carrying out the policy of financial restraint. This thesis interprets the theory of financial restranint and analyses the feasibility of financial restraint policy in China. It is concluded that the suggestions of financial restraint are not suitable for China's actual conditions, but have some useful inspiration to Chinese financial development.
