Abstract: This article takes the problem as the research orientation,and combines sociology, communication science and other disciplines of knowledge,from the perspective,of the "risk society" to discuss the definition,causes and coping strategies on the network group incidents.The conclusion indicates that:Network group incidents are non-institutional events in which more internet users participate in the interactive action of the social risk and network actors,to promote or converse or put certain influence on the society.The risks of the social structure transformation is the reality of the root of the network group incidents;the risk of the network technology is a potential source to induce network groups incidents;the risk of the popular interests system and demands expression is the direct motivation to the network group incidents.In the current social and historical conditions,we must establish a risk aversion mechanism constitute by monitoring public opinion for the pilot,the system of regulation,and technical regulation to deal with it.
