Abstract: This paper studies the development of Chinese industrialization and informationalization. Informationalization and industrialization is a dialectic relationship. The development of industrialization directly results in informationalization and the development of informationalization is on the basis of industrialization. The paper also proposes that China's strategy and contermeasure is to select the spanning development strategy, deal well with the relationship between the traditional and informational industries, realize the industrial informationalization in industrialization and realize the informational industrialization in informationalization, and make the marketing and knowledging into harmonious development.
