Abstract:
On the basis of characteristics of knowledge workers and the past research on embedding theory, this paper puts forward some proposals and views on managing knowledge workers in enterprises. Case law and theory deduction are used in the article. Knowledge and skill are the basis of knowledge workers' material need and achievement need, and incentive strategy to knowledge workers must be based on their requirement factors. We should carry on the following strategies to give workers incentive, such as helping them with realization of success, helping them increasing knowledge and skill, supplying them with platform of obtaining knowledge and skill.
