Abstract: In recent years,along with the quantity increasing of migrant workers,the household registration stratification of migrant workers in cities has emerged.It is the dual labor market based on the household registration and its' social discrimination that makes the migrant workers' vulnerable status come into being.Because the migrant workers' vulnerable status isn't in keeping with the development trend of modem society and economy,the government must do something to solve this problem as soon as possible.
