Abstract: As Beijing has completed its function orientation and planning,developing the cultural and creative industries is not only the need of the economic structure adjustment,but also the intrinsic need for the roles of its functions.Based on the SWOT analysis method,the text combs deeply the strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and threats on developing cultural and creative industries,so as to clarify the development ideas and to provide certain reference.The advantages and opportunities of the development of cultural and creative industries in Beijing are significant,but also exist the weaknesses resulting from high house prices,and the threats to regional competition.
