Abstract: The target of constructing harmonious society is in itself to read something in correct way and to inherit something valuable from history and to stand ourselves upon innovating and improvement of the society.The spirit of harmony directs the arbitration system to the perfect;the merit of harmony decides the orientation and the way of arbitration development.On the other side,harmony is also the ultimate goal of arbitration. The inherent feature of arbitration system implies the target of harmony.So it should work as an important system to deal with dispute in harmony society.
