Abstract: Development intrinsically contains the value implication.However,under the guidance of the western-centralism development discourse,the value appeal of dovelopmentalism once makes a great clamor.On the basis of criticizing dovelopmentalism vaule,those more comprehensive and thought-provoking value,such as respect,freedom, justice and people oriented,began to march toward the center of development area in recent years.These value appeals lead to the development value orientation and development practice.
