Abstract: At present,there still remain some problems in the protection of peasant-worker's rights and interests in China,such as employment,labour contract,work environment and hours, work reward,social security and public service,right relief,etc.The defects of the system and law in effect,the shortcoming of quality of peasant-workers cause these problems.In order to resolve these problems,we need to remove country-town dual system,improve government work, reinforce the making and carrying out of law and promote peasant-worker's quality.
