Abstract: Deng Xiao-ping's philosophic thought is the significant achievement of the localization of Marxist philosophy in China,is the spirit essence of the present and is the philosophic basis of Chinese characteristic socialism,the materialistic thought of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts,the dialectics thought of"acting according to dialectics"and historical materialism of emphasizing the development of productivity constitute Deng Xiao-ping's philosophic thought,which has such characteristics as practicality, innovation,simplicity and openness.
