摘要: 通过建立一个委托-代理模型,论述了中小企业在吸引人才方面的对策,认为中小企业吸引人才应把重心落在“非物质激励”因素上,利用自身优势,扬长避短,以期达到吸引人才的目的。Abstract: In this paper, a commission-agent model is set up to analyze the strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises for attracting talents. It points out that the should stress the importance of immateriality prompting use their advantage and avoid their inferior position in order to attract talents.
