Abstract: With the gradual prevalence of the liability insurance,more and more tortfeasors are covered by liability insurance policies.The judges have realized that the insurers behind the tortfeasors have deeper pockets and are considered to have the availability of liability insurance to decide the extent of the person's responsibility and the amount of the damage awards during the process of the tort trials.The understanding of the impact of the liability insurance on the judiciary process is significant for the development of the tort liability system,commercial insurance and even the judicial reforms.
