Abstract: During the transition period, the social confidence is weakening and losing to certain degree in China. It cannot be overlooked that it produces the harmness to the development of social politics and economy and it has deeply reasons. The developing countries must face the social confidence crisis which is a common problem during reforming and opening stage. China has reformed and opened for more than 20 years. However, as a kind of social relationship, the social confidence among persons and orgnizations still exists. The focus is how to reconstruct the sincerity.friendliness, harmony, justice, fairness, etc. using the existing resource.
