Analysis on the Nature of Enterprises from the View of Life Circle

摘要: 在对以往企业理论研究的基础上,提出企业性质的两面性:生产性和交易性,并得出企业是有生命周期的。从理论上讲,任何一个企业都不可能永远经营下去。

Abstract: On the basis of studying the previous enterprise theory, this paper proposes the viewpoints that an enterprise has dual character: character of production and transaction, and that an enterprise has its own life circle. From the view of theory, no enterprise can operate forever.
