Abstract: The introduction of large amount of foreign capital promotes the development of China' s economy on one hand; on the other hand it has launched challenges to the economic safety because of the blindness in present introduction of foreign capital. This article introduces the new trend of the entry of foreign capital, then analyzes the challenges of foreign capital to the safety of China' s economy, and finally puts forward some countermeasures.
