Abstract: In order to provide more such English major graduates the research work has been accomplished based upon the survey and interview of "Job Demands and employer-quality Requirements",which is participated in by various employing branches and departments.According to the results and the employer-interviews,some feasible proposals are put forward for future educational objectives and practical strategies are put into place for foreign-language curriculum design and educational reforms.
