社会管理体制改革与创新的理论思考

    Theoretical Reflection of the Social Management System Reform and Innovation

    • 摘要: 作为对特定时空和社会条件下的社会共同体的调控,社会管理必须顺应社会环境的变化而变化。当今中国体制转轨和社会转型的全面推进以及市场化、工业化、城镇化、信息化、国际化进程的不断加快,致使中国进入社会问题多发期和社会矛盾凸显期,社会管理体制因而需要以理念改革与创新为先导和指针,以社会管理统筹协调体制的改革与创新以及社会矛盾发现化解体制的改革与创新为两大入手点,实现全面的改革与创新。

       

      Abstract: As the regulation and control to the social community in especial space-time and social condition,social management must change according to the social environment change. With the overall improvement of the state system and social transformation in China and acceleration of marketization,industrialization,urbanization,informalization,and internationalization,China has moved into the social problem increase and social conflict remarkable period.Therefore,social management system needs to take the ideal reform and creation as the instruction,and social management coordination system reform and innovation and social conflict settlement reform and innovation as the two accessible points to achieve the overall reform and innovation.
